Service charter

The Service Charter represents the promise that Gioia Guesthouse makes to the recipients of its service: Through this deal the company formally applies itself to guarantee a given service level (standard of service). Furthermore, It gives the users the power to control their actions and it clearly suggests the best means of guarantee in order to safeguard their rights.

Introduction

 

Gioia Guesthouse is a little hotel with B&B service obtained from a typical sardinian ''campidanese'' house, restored and modernized recently. The modern and the classic style merge, in a structure with 6 double rooms and the possibility to add a 3° bed.

Every room has the name of a precious stone (Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, Amber,Topaz and Amethyst). The colours of the sones are the same of the corresponding rooms: They decorate walls, furniture, and accessories. Our purpose is to make our guests feel as if they were inside little gems.

The rooms are equipped with materasses and pillows in ''Memory'' in order to guarantee you an ideal rest. Moreover, every room has air-condictioning(hot and cold), hairdryer, Tv, minibar. In the second floor, there is a hall with library.

We commit ourselves to offer our guests the best services for a relaxing and a carefree holiday:

  • Free linen on arrival, changed every 3 days and ''set of courtesy.
  • Breakfast area on the ground floor and in the garden.
  • Self-service breakfast buffet.
  • Daily room cleaning.
  • Bike rental with a €50 deposit.
  • Space for motorcycles.
  • Air-condictioning (hot and cold) in every room.
  • Hairdryer in every room.
  • Wi-Fi in the entire building.

 

Complaints

 

If some of the standards previously described in the Service Charter are not respected, users have the right to send a complaint. It is possible to make a complaint filling out the following form, signing it and sending it to the email address: reclami@gioiaguesthouse.it
